Aw thanks for asking Laura....I am a lot better. Felt reasonably OK yesterday actually and have been out Christmas shopping today, so well on the mend.

Back from the hols...left the sunshine behind, but has been out here to get the washing done...back to normal then.

Bananas have always been a favourite of mine for as long as I can remember. I have already had one today on my cereal. I tried the Weetabix Oatibix Bites with cranberries...they are a bit moreish!

Been a lazy Sunday so far, up early as it was too hot to lie in. Probably watching the tennis later and as yet have achieved nothing but posting on here...lol.

Been there done that twice Janet...know how you feel. It is those memories that stay with you for a long time though. It is hot here and I am ironing!!! Phew and trying to get organised for our holiday. We leave on Thursday for Center Parcs.
