    Hi Diane.

    I'm all right, thanks, although I hurt my back at work on Sunday and had to take yesterday off - luckily it's just a pulled muscle and not anything too serious so I've got some tablets from the doctor, which seem to be slowly working. I'm hoping to go back for my next shift, which is Saturday.
