Would it be The Household Guide to Dying? It's not specifically about a funeral, but it could be the one you're thinking of.

Yes, I do think it would be a good discussion book.. I've read a few reviews where people just haven't 'got' the book, if you know what I mean, but hopefully in a bookgroup that whole issue would be sensibly discussed. The majority seem to really like it.

If it's not the one you're thinking of, let me know.. but even if not, it might be worth looking into!

Hi - thank you for the message, that made me laugh! Yes, leaving work is defintely my choice. However, I'm going to be staying there for a while, but as a locum nurse rather than a permanent one. It sounds odd, but it really does help me, and should improve things.
