I figured it out last night....well...I asked the guy who was reading it. It's "Night Angel Nemesis" by Brent Weeks. Turns out, it's not a bird on the cover. and it doesn't say Vintage.

I was wondering if someone could tell me the name of a book if I describe the cover. Not the outer cover but the actual hard cover design. It's a black book. With a red bird embossed on the cover with its wings wide open. All the writing was also red, and the word Vintage was in there. This book had to be 1,000 pages if I had to guess...maybe more. This is all I know about this book. ANY help would be appreciated!
