I read a book about 30 years ago and I cannot remember the name of author unfortunately. I am hoping on a wild chance someone might recall or be able to help me with the name. I can remember it was sci fi the main char had the ability to release short burst of adrenaline which allowed him to ove quickly for a short period. There is a char in the book called kidd death. His father was killed at the start of the book and he found this ability when trying to escape. I do not remember much more apart from it was a good read and wish I could remember more. Thank you for any assistance that helps find this forgotten gem.
