Hi Everybody!
I cannot remember a book’s name or author. I read it almost 20 years ago; an uncle let me borrow it back then, but since I have returned it, he has passed.
*What I remember is this:
The cover was blue with a picture of an old iron stove and iron pans hanging, and it was edited in the 60s/70s.
*The story goes like this:
The lead female character travels to a town with another girl ( I do not remember their relationship.) As they get out of the carriage in front of the hotel, she gets snapped up by a man. She was taken to a gold mine, where she met her kidnapper and his two friends, who are all miners and are recently rich. They offered her a job to teach them how to be gentlemen. She agrees and she becomes the teacher of the three miners.
I will appreciate any help!
Thank you
