I have read one recently called "Take Control" by Michael Welton. It's a really interesting read that helps you with understanding your fears and controlling them and also how to get better in your day to day life. It's great for depression. Also I really like Prince Ea's videos on youtube or on his page on Facebook! The guy is a great motivational speaker and his videos are yet simple but very touching!
Also, have you considered colouring maybe?
