Hi Shirley.....I used to keep all my books, which turned out to be like a bookstore I received a Kindle for a gift and to tell the truth I didn't think I would like it, but I'm loving it. I can put all my books on it and when I travel I don't have to lug around all the hard cover books. I would sometime have at least 2 hardcover books with me because I would be finishing one book and wanted to make sure I had another one to start. So with the kindle if avoids all that.
I do sometimes miss the actual feel of the book but I got used to it.
