I wouldn't say that many companies have screwed up my order. However, as a blind man, I have to order audiobooks and DVD's with audio description because I don't have enough sight to read or see. I did purchase a DVD from Amazon and checked with the dispatch team before the item was sent out to make sure it had the A D track on it, and yet, when it arrived, it didn't. This, fortunately has been the only time.
