Yeah, I'm quite enjoying A Song of Ice and Fire, I mean, not too crazy about the REALLY graphic scenes in it, just certain things sort of disturb me...lol !!! But yeah, aside from the odd cringey moments, they're brilliant books, I'm partway into A Storm of Swords Part II now. I also watch the tv series, have yet to watch the Series 4 finale!!! Ooh, it's exciting...and so tense!!! I was thinking to myself, I'm going to wait to watch the last Series, before I read them!!!! Yeah, really good!
Oh, I LOVED The Book Thief!!! It was brilliant, and a real tearjerker as well! The writing is so clever. Looking forward to seeing the film when it comes onto DVD next month!!!
And I wasn't quite sure about the Discworld books, to be honest...they're clever and really funny, just not my particular cup of tea!!! I got up to Mort.
I'm looking forward to trying The Green Rider by Kristen Britain also, it sounded good from the description

Oops, sorry, yeah, I didn't think at the time that was a spoiler in my post! Sorry about that

Also, The Night Circus by Erin Morgenstern is really good, also a fantasy. I tend to gravitate more towards the fantasy genre myself, more so than others!
So yeah, at first with The Night Circus, I was kind of dubious about the idea, but once I started and gotten more into it, I'm really enjoying it. it's very cool, exciting, and mysterious. A fun read, with a touch of romance too

Yeah, Game of Thrones is a good read, very graphic, epic battles, tense, hard to put down
Also have you heard of a fantasy series by Kristen Britain, the first one is called The Green Rider. I got it on Thursday, sounds very good, and engaging. Maybe...?

Watched The Taking of Pelham 1 2 3 last night. Very good, fast-paced, exciting, very tense and nail-biting in parts!

Need to watch GoT Series 4 Ep 9: The Watchers on the Wall! Very nearly was sick after watching previous The Mountain and the Viper!!! INJUSTICE!!!!! Poor Oberyn, and poor Tyrion!!!
Also in the middle of NCIS Series 11. On Ep ? Dressed to Kill (Return of Dinozzos dad) But to tell you the truth, since Ziva left the show it's become really disappointing humour, chemistry, excitement-wise. The new girl Bishop is so annoying aswell...sigh, but there you go, still have to see what happens! -

...a pack of four tic-tacs, one long-neglected Werther's Toffee, and an expired packet of Extra gum, which, though still nice and refreshing even after its (likely) two year incarceration inside his faded jacket, would surely be of no great help in this situation. Therefore...

Watched The Host last night. Verdict: Brilliant! Incredible film!

It's the best place to start, but they do get significantly better as they go on. Mort (the 4th book) is excellent, for example.
Cool, thanks
