Kell
I have a couple of those on my own list too, so I'll be interested in hearing what you think of them when you read them. I can also recommend Bitten Kelly Armstrong is one of my favourite authors & I love the entire Women of the Otherworld series.
mrstrecool
I think I'm going to read Bitten next. I'm waiting to see if I enjoy it before I get any others from the series. It's not a book I'd heard of before but I did buy it on your recommendation so I've got high hopes for it!!
mrstrecool
Finished Undead and Unreturnable last night. Even though it is about vampires it's actually a very light read and I really enjoyed it. Thought I would try Bitten next so hopefully I will get this started today. KW
A while back I did a stint reading biographies. Gene Kelly's was one I didn't get to but have always wanted to read...I read about Marilyn Monroe, Shirley temple ( fascinating ), Joan Crawford, Grace Kelly and Donny Osmond ( was an addicted fan in my teens - had to )...all great books. But Gene Kelly -- what a legend. i DID get to meet him once -- back when I was Lauren Tewes; stand in on the Love Boat, he worked on the show and I shook his hand. His eyes really did sparkle in person!
mrstrecool
I've always wanted to read about Gene Kelly because I wonder if he was as nice in person as he seemed on screen. You are so lucky that you got to meet him, that must have been quite a moment.

His eyes really did sparkle in person! Oh. My. GOD! I wish there was a smilie with its jaw dropping to the floor, 'cos that's me, right now. He's such a hero! Singin' in the Rain is my absolute favourite film.

everydayxangels
The Pact is also in my To Be Read Pile. I'll let you know if I enjoyed it, if I read it before you. It was recommended to me by a customer. Happy Reading
mrstrecool
I'm done with Word Freak and really enjoyed it. My next book is going to be Welcome To Temptation by Jennifer Crusie. I read her book "Crazy For You" and loved it so I'm hoping this is as good.
mrstrecool
Finally finished Welcome To Temptation. I was going to read Wicked next by Gregory Maguire but I started it and realised I just wasn't in the right mood for it. So, next book is now Carnevale by M.R.Lovric which is set in Venice based on one woman's love of Casanova.

mrstrecool
I'm still reading, honest!! Haven't updated this for ages. I thought having a list would make me read faster but obviously not. I'm really enjoying The Interpretation of Murder at the moment, but gave up on Plain Truth. I couldn't get into it, but I may give it another try some day. Have also added some books to my TBR list AND got The Adultery Club from the library. Wasn't supposed to be going there because my TBR pile is already big enough, but I just can't keep away! mrstrecool
Finished The Interpretation of Murder today, which I really enjoyed. I'm giving it 8/10! I'm going to carry on with The Vampire's Seduction, but don't know what to read after that. I might just close my eyes and see which book I pick up! mrstrecool
I've started The House by Danielle Steel this afternoon. I have never read any of her books but my Mum just finished this and begged me to read it!! She really enjoyed it and wants to know what I think of it. I hope it's as good as she says! mrstrecool
I finished The House last night. It was a very easy read but a nice story. It wouldn't make me go mad for any of her other books but it was ok. I've now started The Eyre Affair by Jasper Fforde.
