  1. Just to say, I've edited your post in the Kelly Armstrong thread having been alerted to a possible plot spoiler; while I was there I also changed the text to black - colour can be an effective way of underlining a word or sentence, but as a rule we ask members to only use it when necessary as it can be quite hard on the eyes :) I notice that Michelle's already tried to alert you to the same rule below; please don't ignore us, we're only working to keep this forum a navigable and pleasant place.

  2. Softball, baseball, and wrestling. I play softball all year round and my brother wrestles and plays baseball. We like to watch football and MMA
  3. Whats your favorite Panic at the Disco song? Any idea whats up with I Write Sins Not Tragedies music video. The circus people are a little creepy but its really good and it sort of goes with the video and the song.
  4. The movie was good but wasn't as good as the book. I cried at the end of the book and didn't at the end of the movie though everyone else I was with was in tears by the end. The ending to the book was much more emontional than the ending of the movie. I did like it but not as much as the book.
  5. My all time favorite song of theirs is either Helena or Teenagers. I also like I'm Not Okay and Black Parade. Me and my cousin love the music video for Helena and said we should play out that video for our great aunt's funeral. I also like the music video for I'm Not Okay its pretty good.
  6. I've only seen two musicals on stage and they are Wicked, and Beauty and the Beast. Wicked was the most recent and I loved it. I went with my friends and we got amazing seats I think we were about 3 rows back from the stage. I've seen alot on film: Annie, Sweeny Todd, Chigao, Mamma Mia, the Diseny classics, The King and I, Little Shop of Horrors, Grease, and Hairspray. I watch the Little Mermaid so may times with my baby cousin and she remembers most of it. She started brushing her hair with a little play fork like Ariel and called a dinglehopper. My favorite is Sweeny Todd. Its also a book. I've listen to two of the soundtracks and would like to see the musical: Avenue Q and Spring Awakening
  7. I thought New Moon was better than Twilight and it followed the book much more closely than Twilight.
  8. This series is about a 11 year old boy who falls down a grate with his two-year-old sister. There is a city underground. Its populated with humans, but also there are giant bats, spiders, rats, coachroaches, and other creatures down there. While trying to find a way out Gregor finds that he is unknowingly involved in a prophecy. The first one is called Gregor the Overlander. There are four other books in this series. I loved this series when I was younger.
  9. This book wasn't my favorite but it was okay I liked the musical more than the book. This book did explain alot of things that where in the wizard of oz but wasn't explained. The musical was so different was the book. The tin man got his start differently from the book and the movie and the wicked witch of the East had something else wrong with her.
  10. The first one out of the three is called The Summoning, then comes The Awakening, and lastly the third one doesn't come out till May 2010 is called The Reckoning. Its all about a girl called Chole Saunders who at the age of 15 starts seeing ghosts. Then gets herself set to the Lyle House where her adventure really begins. Meet her friends Simon, Derek, Rae, Liz, and Tori. Each book more and more of the story is brought in.
  11. This is a series about a teenage boy who has been tricked into becoming a spy at the age of 14. The first one is called Stormbreaker. There are about 8 other books in the series. Stormbreaker: They told him his uncle Ian died in a car accident. But fourteen-year-old Alex Rider knows that's a lie, and the bullet holes in his uncle's windshield confirm his suspicions. But nothing prepares him for the news that the uncle he always thought he knew was really a spy for the M16-Britain's top-secret intelligence agency. Recruited to find his uncle's killers and complete Ian's final mission, Alex suddenly finds himself caught in a deadly game of cat and mouse, with no way out. Doesn't this sound good!
  12. I liked really like this book this book and the next one in the series is called Evil Star and the third one is NightRise. There is a fourth one out but I haven't found it yet and I don't know the title. This is a really good series because it has adventure, danger, and brings five kids from different parts of the world toghther. If you like this series you might like his other series the Alex Rider series.
  13. HOw about The Widow of the South by Robert Hicks. Its set in the Civil War before/during/after the Battle of Franklin. I'm currently reading it and I love it its just so good. I have to read at least 5-10 pages every day it doesn't matter that I don't have the time I have to read it.
  14. OF course teens still read books just because you don't see them in major book stores doesn't mean that they don't. They might be borrowing them from the libarary while school is in. I love to read I have trouble getting up in the morning because I spent all night reading. Most of my friends love to read. In fact there is a reading comption call WIRC that stands for Westmorland Interscolastics Reading Comption. I was a member for three years and once my team took second place.
  15. I love these books I think I like them better than Twilight. The new out is called Tempted and as always it has a end that will rock you to the core. The next coming out is called Burned and won't be out till April 2010. As I said one of my favorite series I don't know how you people just started reading them.
