  1. Hello there...thought i hadn't seen you for a while. Photo was taken at Center Parcs Whinfell forest one. Was at the back of our lodge. It was bliss.

  2. Hi Inver

Been a while! Been busy with the kids and stuff. Love the wall paper. Where was it taken? By you?

    Hope all is well

  3. Hi Shelbel, You're not in VIC are you. Pray if you are you are safe!

  4. Hey Kylie how are you doing. Was thinking of you on the weekend with all that heat out at Penrith. Then kind of got swamped with thoughts of those in VIC! Awful isn't it.

  5. Hi Knitnat! I haven't had a chance to read it yet - it's sitting on my shelves along with a few hundred other books, all crying out to be read :) I'll try to push it up the list a bit!

  6. Hi Kylie, I haven't been around for a while...3 kids and two businesses keep me pretty busy. Just wondering if you have had a chance to read the book I sent you? Natalie

  7. I used to devour books in days. Not any more though! However, I am sure that one day I will be able to read uninterrupted!
  8. Hi Inver I love your new avatar. (sigh) if only I had the time to search out such cute ones. I barely have time to drop in here anymore! How are you doing by the way? I hope it is not too cold where you are, especially if you don't like the cold!.

  9. Revolting rhymes. Wonderful. We used to have a lecturer at college who, every now and again, would start our doctrine lecture with one of these! Didn't remember the doctrine but did the rhyme
  10. I remember reading this in High School and watching it too!
  11. Hi ya....dare I suggest this ....Beckwood Brae! Look up author promotion site for more details. Complex, multilayered story with interesting and well-developed characters. The baddies are pretty yuk!
  12. I have enjoyed the Terry Pratchett books, CS Lewis Narnia series, and Beckwood Brae. I also read one book, whose name escapes me because it was from a while ago, where the main character kept moving between her world (modern England? Scotland?) and the past where she was in the nobillity. Think it got a bit samey in the end, but was interesting at the time nonetheless
  13. To be honest, I can't remember why I sent that message! We are in the middle, well actually nearing the end with the book launch tomorrow. The part I was indicating is in the actual forum.
