Currently reading The Body Thief by Anne Rice and enjoying it so far trying finish before the end of the month but only half way through. Have to get my Reacher books stocked up the next one I have toget is Gone Tomorrow and all the rest that come after:)

Am I the only one who really did not like Jim Rennie? Like, I didn't even like to dislike him. I just didn't want to hear about him at all.
I did not like Jim Rennie either he was a big pain in the butt.

I voted for "I'ved not read them" because I think I read "The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe but I know Ihaven't read any of the others. Used to watch the programe with my son and we loved it.

This isn't an icecream maker recipe but maybe it could be adapted? It's very simple to make and very yummy.
1. Beat 4 egg whites until stiff
2. Beat 4 egg yolks. Add 6 tablespoons sugar and flavouring of choice and beat again until thick and creamy
3. Beat 300ml (1/2 pint ) cream until thick.
Fold three mixtures together and freeze in container with lid on. Ready in 4 hours.
You can add fruit, chocolate chips, rum and raisins, whatever you like.
I user this recipe all the time and I change the cream for a dairy free cream and it is still very yummy. I highly recommend it
it is also quick to make. -

Six months ago I was sent a lovely email about the fact that I was missing from the forum. The fact is that in the past 5 years I have been in hospital and I also lost my mojo. It has been lost for a couple of years now. When I was in hospital in Janurary I bought 4 books only to find I had read them before so I gave them to the hospital library. So I don't know when I'll read a book again as I am still computer and Facebook addicted along with my dead people. Maybe someday I'll get thru to Aberdeen and meet the BCF's that live there.
