Hi Lauren. I've been doing okay, but I'm having a bit of a down moment now as I'm sorting out some digital photos for my Mum.

We've made a 'photo screensaver' of lots of Dad pictures - and pictures of as many people we know are coming back to the house after the funeral as we can find so Mum's computer will be like one of those digital photo frames as they get their food, and it's making me feel a bit down, of course.

It still hasn't sunk in. The worst thing is knowing that I won't see him again.

I'm staying with my Mum at the moment - luckily my lovely children are old enough not to need me too much, and my husband Peter has always been a hands-on Dad so they're fine at home - he's also a huge support to me, of course.

We're getting lots of support from family and friends too - it's helping to keep us going, and we're stayng busy, of course.

Sadly Paula isn't around any longer. I suppose it's the nature of forums that some people who you expect to be around for ages gradually disappear.

Wow - you have been busy! Nothing new here - life still plods on LOL! We're all well though, which is good. I did A Level English (might be like a higher? Usually done aged 17/18 in years 12 and 13) a few years ago so I know what you mean about it killing reading for pleasure.
