Hm.. I'm not much of a Halloween person, but we do hand out candy to the trick or treaters in my neighborhood. Growing up, though, we would throw cookie and punch parties at my school. You can try chips and hummus dip (you can dye it orange to match Halloween.) or you can make Halloween sugar cookies.
