Glittergloss67
One of my New Year's Resolutions is to read all the books from my book shelf that I didn't read yet. It turns out I've accumultaed quite alot of those. The stash of 30 unread books are casually resting on my desk as I'm beginning to straddle through them. I'm also intending to post a book review after I've finished each one. Here is the challenge list: The List: 1. The Undomestic Goddess - Sophie Kinsella 5 2. The Dark Divine - Bree Despain 4.5 3. Twenties Girl - Sophie Kinsella 4. On the Ocassion of my Last afternoon - Kaye Gibbons 5. Out of the Dust - Karen Hesse 3 6. Vampire Diaries (Book I) - L. J. Smith 7. The Last little Blue envelope - Maureen Johnson 8. The Lost Queen - Frewin Jones 9. Blaze - Richard Bachman 2.5 10. Blood Dreams - Kay Hopper 11. Wild Fire - Nelson DeMile 12. Haunted - James Herbert 13. Deadly Little Secret - Laurie Faria Stolarz 4 14. The Bride Collector - Ted Dekker 15. Vampire Academy - Richelle Mead 6 16. Frostbite - Richelle Mead 17. Blood Promise - Richelle Mead 18. Shadow Kiss - Richelle Mead 19. Spirit Bound - Richelle Mead 20. Last Sacrifice - Richelle Mead 21. Crossed - Ally Condie 22. How to Save a Life - Sara Zarr 5 23. Janet
A Good idea for a challenge - I'm sure there are quite a few of us who could do with doing this! The trouble with me is I find that sometimes I just don't fancy those books I feel I ought to read! Good luck - I shall look forward to hearing about your progress. I thought about that also but that kind of is the point of the challenge to get through books that I was too lazy to try before.
poppyshake
A very good idea and it'll work especially well if you don't buy any new one's The very best of luck, I'm sure you'll find that in amongst those that you couldn't get enthusiastic about before, will be some gems
julie
Glitter I agree with the others. As long as you can refrain from buying more ,then you have a do-able size list that could be completed this year . Good luck .
LittleW
That's a good challenge. I know something like that from another book forum, where you plan on reading a certain number of books in a year. But that doesn't say if you take your TBR or not.
