Endeavour: Prequel to Morse

I ran across this tidbit through a newsletter I receive from Criminal Element. A neat way to hear of new mysteries, detective stories, both book-wise and television.

 

It seems a prequel to Inspector Morse is coming next year, and has Colin Dexter's approval.

Looks to be interesting, and the Jag is a constant evidently.

 

I couldn't find a thread that would suit, but if there is one, please combine.

This was transmitted a couple of weeks ago and I thought excellent. Prequels are often disappointing but this was very good.If it is a one-off then that is a great pity because their is great potential for a series. And Barrington Pheloung's music was brilliant as ever

I hoped it would be excellent, and that I can get ahold of either a DVD of it, or perhaps Amazon streaming. Fingers crossed it goes into a series. I expect if it has enough calls about it, or the ratings were good, there will be more.
