Newbie looking for direction!

Hi. I'm new on this forum. Been reading some great books lately by Stephen Leather, and am now struggling to find an author to match up to him.

Anyone able to offer some help???

I love reading books with the same character. Have read all the Jack Reacher, Dan Shepherd,Tina Boyd. Even Jo Nesbo's character Harry Hole (not got my hands on the new one yet tho....hoping santa may bring it!)

Hi and welcome to the Forum. I am sure there are loads of people who have the same book tastes as you. I have never read anything by Leather I have some of Nesbo's books on my bookshelf which I hope to read soon.

Hi bookspider, have you tried fantasticfiction.co.uk? It is a great resource if you are searching for a new author. Look up the author you like and at the bottom of the page there are suggestions on 10 authors other users have visited, link below

I second the fantastic fiction site ~ it's a great resource. Another one to try is Literature Map where you type in an author you like, and is generates suggestions. The 'map' places your author at the centre with other authors surrounding. It's quite good fun!

Stephen Leather is a great author, try Andy McDermott, Chris Ryan and Andy McNabblove everything by them all
