Book Blogs/Lists for 2012 - updated 31 December

I was thinking about this post earlier today, and I see Kylie has already started a blog/list for 2012 so I guess it's time to put this up.

 

Blogs/lists marked '2011' will be moved to 'Past Book Blogs' on, or just after, 1 January 2012. Any that are 'continuous' will be left in this forum.

 

We are only human, so if we move your blog/list by mistake (or don't move it when we should) please let us know by posting in here after blogs/lists are moved.

 

When starting a new blog/list, please can you ensure you put 2012 in the title. Thanks.

 

You may wish to make some 'blank' posts at the beginning. I'm sure you all know now, but we are unable to insert blank posts at a later date, so please ensure you save enough for yourself. To prevent people replying before you've finished, please put "please do not reply to this post yet" in bold in the first post, and in any subsequent 'holding' posts. Once you are ready for people to reply, please make a post to this effect.

 

Please remember that this board operates 'flood control' so you need to leave it a few minutes before making each blank post - otherwise they will automatically be merged into the most recent post.

 

I think that's it, but any queries then just shout.

Hi Janet

I just noticed this post yesterday afternoon . I should have read through the other's lists before starting one myself,because I should have put the year on it in the title ,and it looks as if I should make several other changes to make it more of an actual list.

So when you move the 2011's,could you put mine in with those and I will start a new post with 2012 in the title and try to make my list a little more organized for the new year ?

I don't know how(or if ) I can change the title of my post,so if you are able to add 2011 onto my current one( just titled "Julie's Lists) ,I'd greatly appreciate it .

You should be able to change the title of your thread by editing the first post, then click on the button to Use Full Editor, where you'll get the option to edit the Topic Title and the Topic Description fields as well as the content of the post if you want to.

I have moved the 2011 book blogs into the 'past book blogs' section. The threads remain open so you can still post (I know my own will be posted in as I'm still catching up with 2011 reviews!).

 

I have tried to ensure I've only moved ones with 2011 in the title, and not those which were started last year (or before) and are used on an 'ongoing' basis. I am only human, however, so if I have moved yours in error and you plan to continue 2012 in it, please let me know in here and I will move it back.
