One more request if I may... How many times did I find find myself using backspace/delete when writing a sentence? Do I use filler words? How can I improve on both (linked) aspects?

 

Appreciate if you can recommend any books or online materials that talk about that.

What exactly are you looking for? A book on typewriting? Or something for creative writing?
