I haven't read any specific books, aside from ones relating to personality disorders, but I would imagine that a general search on a site such as Amazon would come up with some titles that may be what you are looking for.

Is this a specifically work related issue? If so, "How to build a great team" by Ros Jay is a good starting point.

 

After that, maybe try the psychcology section of the library or bookshop.

The following book explores Myers Briggs personality types and is very interesting. The angle is church rather than work, but the information is probably transferable. Otherwise, I'm sure there are plenty of other books on Myer-Briggs type definitions.
