Looking for a book

Hi - I am looking for a book I read a couple of years ago. It was such a great book, but I just can't remember the name of it. It's about a single mum who emails a list of the top 10 best looking men in her village to a friend but accidentally sends it to one of the men on the list. He's a doctor and I think his name is Adam. Anyway it's a lot of email swapping and eventually they get it together but it's hilarious. If you have read it and know the title please post it!! Thanks.
