Habeebi Posted March 20, 2011 Posted March 20, 2011 (edited) Just purchased the following books for 50p each at my local market! Memoirs of a geisha. Arthur Golden The legacy. Katherine Webb. Speaking in tongues. Jeffrey Deaver Michael connely. The poet. The little stranger by Sarah Waters The bone collecter. Jeffrey Deaver The empty chair by Jeffrey Deaver The snowman by Jo Nesbo Bargains. Some perhaps not my usual choice but can't go wrong for 50p ! Edited March 20, 2011 by Habeebi Quote
oceansoul Posted March 20, 2011 Posted March 20, 2011 Charity shops are good for cheap books too. I've read The Poet. Was a little disappointed by it, but I won't ruin it for you by telling you why. Quote

Echo Posted March 21, 2011 Posted March 21, 2011 I get so many of my books at Goodwill. They're usually about $1.00 each or so, maybe a bit more for the hardcovers. Quote
