Chrissy
Jeff Lindsay's 'Darkly Dreaming Dexter' is the first in a series of excellently written novels about a serial killer, written from his (Dexter's) perspective.
evil
Thank you for the suggestions, I will definitely look them up. I didnt realise that the tv series of Dexter originally came from a book. I Love Dexter! New request: Does anyone know any books like 'When Jeff Comes Home By Catherine Atkins'? For example, a story about someone coming home after being kidnapped and having to deal with reliving their trauma. Thanks Edited July 1, 2010 by Maureen Added punctuation
BookJumper
If you don't mind a bit (but not vast amounts) of supernatural elements with your serial killers, Dean Koontz's Frankenstein series is really interesting in terms of criminal psychology.
