Talisman Posted October 23, 2012 Posted October 23, 2012 Not sure yet - either jacket spuds with cheese or asparagus and leek risotto - the asparagus needs using and I will want a quick and easy dinner tomorrow after a 10 hour shift, so it will probably be the risotto. Quote

bobblybear Posted December 2, 2012 Posted December 2, 2012 It was going to be roast beef dinner, but I'm going to hold off until my food slicer arrives, so I can then make sandwich meat out of the leftovers. So, it'll be a curry tonight, with some jasmine rice. Quote
vodkafan Posted December 2, 2012 Posted December 2, 2012 Kids are coming but not sure whether all or which ones. Don't know whether to make Chilli with rice or Spaghetti Bolognese...I bought ingredients for both Quote
Talisman Posted December 2, 2012 Posted December 2, 2012 Roast dinner - the oven is heating up as I write - bean burgers with roast potatoes, roasted red onion, carrots, sprouts and veggie gravy. Quote
Cookie Posted December 2, 2012 Posted December 2, 2012 We had spicy beef swirls and noodles. A bit of a mish mash dinner. Quote
bobblybear Posted December 7, 2012 Posted December 7, 2012 Roast beef with roasted potatoes and jerusalem artichokes plus boiled broccoli. The beef is 'resting' at the moment. I'm a bit nervous, as when I have made beef in the past it's been a bit of a disaster. Mind you, I had a dodgy oven and never used to let it rest. We'll see.... Quote
muggle not Posted December 9, 2012 Posted December 9, 2012 stuffed cabbage, one of my favorite meals. Quote
