Talisman
Not sure yet - either jacket spuds with cheese or asparagus and leek risotto - the asparagus needs using and I will want a quick and easy dinner tomorrow after a 10 hour shift, so it will probably be the risotto. bobblybear
It was going to be roast beef dinner, but I'm going to hold off until my food slicer arrives, so I can then make sandwich meat out of the leftovers. So, it'll be a curry tonight, with some jasmine rice.

bobblybear
Roast beef with roasted potatoes and jerusalem artichokes plus boiled broccoli. The beef is 'resting' at the moment. I'm a bit nervous, as when I have made beef in the past it's been a bit of a disaster. Mind you, I had a dodgy oven and never used to let it rest. We'll see....
