One Flew Over the Cuckoos Nest (Hard Cover?)

As of today, I have a total of 1012 books in my BookCase. So many that I have had to buy not one but two different book cases to fit them.

I have bought every cover to "One Flew Over The Cuckoos Nest" they're four different covers for this novel, however I found out that there is a HARD BACK BOOK COVER for One Flew Over the Cuckoos Nest. I have been to Barnes and Noble (Where I normally got the majority of my books) and they do not have a HardBack Version of this Book.

 

Can something tell me if they have ever seen "One Flew Over the Cuckoos Nest" Hard Back Book Covers, on any shelves that you could think of, If so where?

 

Let me know so I can buy it and add it to my growing collection.

Amazon (UK) appear to have copies available through their Marketplace scheme, and it looks like on or two sellers are USA based.

 

I think you'll find that places such as Amazon or Ebay are your best bet.
