runner Posted February 6, 2010 Posted February 6, 2010 The Woman in the Fifth was a totally inspiring novel for me... a American loses his job and goes to Paris where he meets and becomes smitten by the mysterious and beautiful Margit. I love the easy and fast style that Kennedy adopts in his novels and this is best summed up by The Times in its appraisal "A thriller for people who don't like thrillers; a romance for people who don't like romances; a philosophical enquiry into the nature of truth and a thumping good read" Has anyone else read? I also highly rate The Job and The Dead Heart. runner Quote
