Steeeeve
So I decided it's been a long time since I combined the forces of a pack of Starburst so today for the first time in many a moon I made a Super Starburst. I took a before and after pic. If anyone's interested here is the recipe: Take one of each colour Starburst Squash those fruity b******s together Eat it. Mexicola
Nice work. I can't say the second pic looks all too appetising though!
Mexicola
Sadly you're right. Didn't taste as good as I remembered it. Should have called the thread Sweet o' Shattered Dreams. What a sad occasion it's turned out to be. I'm sorry your Super Starburst wasn't as delicious as you had hoped. I can't imagine the disappointment... Kell
It was definitely better when they were stil Opal Fruits. They don't taste the same these days. Same with Tutti Frutti sweets - they're harder now and not the same shape they used to be. And they taste preet synthetic now.
Mexicola
I agree, Kell. Tutti Frutti's aren't anywhere near the tasty sweets they used to be! I can never seem to find them these days either. What is the sweetie world coming to?!
Kell
And Milky Ways aren't the same either. They switched from the gorgeous light brown fluffy centre to that nasty white fluffy centre that tastes like you're eating sticky cotton wool. Bleurgh! And on the warm sweets in your pocket thing - I do that too.
