blibli666
I remember reading a small book a few years ago, I think it was set in the 1800's - early 1900's and it followed a poor man and his family. Mainly focusing on the man who's trying to live his daily life but for some reason he joins a kind rebellion against someone. Now I know this sounds familiar to alot of the stories about Bloody Sunday. But I remember there being bombardments by ships. So I think it's about a more grand-scale battle then Bloody Sunday. Now I'm not a history expert nor do I live in England or Ireland so this is pretty much as precise as I can be.
Nollaig
Is it Trinity by Leon Uris? I haven't read it but I know it spans the 1800s and early 1900s up to the Easter Rising.
