ned Posted February 15, 2010 Posted February 15, 2010 Chicken with little potatoes in the shape of happy faces I saw them at the store yesterday and couldn't resist. Smilie Faces
AbielleRose Posted February 15, 2010 Posted February 15, 2010 Smilie Faces You've seen them before? They look so cute!
Stephanie2008 Posted February 15, 2010 Posted February 15, 2010 That was all my school used to serve for dinner, not now that Jamie Oliver got his way (OK maybe it is for the best ) I'm having leek and potato soup tonight
Lynn Posted February 15, 2010 Posted February 15, 2010 We are out for a meal tonight as it is hubby's birthday....so no cooking Happy Birthday to your hubby and enjoy your meal
Univerze Posted February 15, 2010 Posted February 15, 2010 Boerenkool with speklappen. What the hell's that in English? Okay, again wikipedia helps.. it's called kale or borecole in english. That's just weird. And the meat, well sort of thick bacon strips, before they're salted etc.. just porc or something. Dutch food.
Talisman Posted February 15, 2010 Posted February 15, 2010 No pork or any other meat for me - we had a vegetable stir fry (courgettes, baby corn, pak choi, red onions, carrots etc) with brown rice and sweet and sour sauce. Very nice it was too.
Mexicola Posted February 15, 2010 Posted February 15, 2010 Sausages with rice and ratatouille (though I couldn't eat a great deal- this may or may not be because I had a few sneaky pancakes this afternoon )

Very nice it was too. Sounds very nice, except for.. there's no meat in it! Could do with some chicken there, but that's just me talking, me turning vegetarian would be like the ultimate punishment..

BookJumper Posted February 16, 2010 Posted February 16, 2010 Indian restaurant is what's for dinner, so quite probably poppadoms, garlic prawns and honey chicken although I might just have to skip the usual mango lassi - there's only so much you can bend a diet, I think.

But surely the mango means it counts as one of your five-a-day?!
