aquarius91 Posted December 20, 2009 Posted December 20, 2009 Only recently in the past few months have I got back into books. As a child I was always reading but it went downhill from around age 10 til now. Anyway I am mostly a chick lit fan, with a few psychology books thrown in plus the twilight saga which Im not ashamed to admit I love lol. I haven't really read many of the 'classics' but I'm hoping to expand a bit on genres soon. Some of them I read because they are linked to the Child Psychology Course I am doing. I'll just write Course next to them. So my (very short list compared to the others) of 2009 is: The Nanny Diaries- Emma Mclaughlin and Nicola Kraus 6/10 The Butterfly Tattoo- Phillip Pullman 6/10 F**k it; The ultimate spiritual way- John Parkin 7/10 Where Rainbows End- Cecelia Ahern 8/10 Ps I Love you- Cecelia Ahern 8/10 The God Delusion- Richard Dawkins 6/10 The Twilight Saga (4 books)- Stephanie Meyer 9/10 The Nanny- Melissa Nathan 7/10 Dibs; In Search of Self- Virgina Axline (Course) 6/10 Principles of Comparative Psychology- Nicky Hayes (Course) 6/10 Playing away- Adele Parks 7/10 Thanks for the memories- Cecelia Ahern 5/10 How the Child's mind develops- David Cohen (Course) 8/10 Rumour has it- Jill Mansell 8/10 The Time Travellers Wife- Audrey Niffenegger 7/10 Out of the Blue- Belinda Jones 7/10 Games People Play- Eric Bernes 5/10 Just the 3 of us- Clare Dowling 6/10 Currently reading: Marian Keyes- The other side of the story 7/10 so far TBR: Smart Moves: Why Learning isn't all in your head- Carla Hannaford (course) Tell me something- Adele Parks One thing led to another- Katy Regan Children's Minds- Margaret Donaldson (Course) Pillow talk- Freya North My Sisters Keeper- Jodi Picoult Entangled Minds- Dean Radin Touch the Dark- Karen Chance The Reader- Bernhard Schlink The Host- Stephenie Meyer One day- David Nicholls Revolutionary Road- Richad Yates Quote
