Suzanna Addison
Anyone know a good recipe for Beef Wellington? I did this at school but can't remember the recipe - and I want to cook this for my family ... so please, anyone? Tried and tested preferred ... Heather
Here are some recipes for beef wellington but maybe someone will have their own recipe. http://www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/2538/beef-wellington http://www.channel4.com/food/recipes/chefs/gordon-ramsay/beef-wellington-07-12-21_p_1.html http://www.bbc.co.uk/food/recipes/database/beefwellington_74657.shtml
Suzanna Addison
I looked at all those and they all involve two of my food hells: Ham and Mushrooms! So I guess I'll trawl through the internet till I find one I am happy with eating once I've cooked it!
RCee
Instead of using ham and mushrooms you could use a pate instead. It woul dbe best to wrap it in something like a very pancake to keep it from making the pastry soggy, though.

I may find one that completely suits my rather fussy palate some day.
