How Book Design Affects Readability

Very interesting Maggie! I've got to admit book design isn't something I've ever paid much attention to... unless to complain about a too small font... But I'll look more closely from now on. :smile2:

I bet it is. I would kill to get a link from them ! The closest I ever get is when I post comments - the chief buyer from Amazon subscribed to my blog for a while on the strength of some I made for a while, keeping an eye on what I wrote about his company !

 

I know Jane by the way through another forum that I also post on. I have a different login name there though.

I hate to admit this, but I'm not really familiar with the BookSeller's reputation because even though I'm English, I live in the U.S. where the industry's main magazine is Publishers' Weekly, or PW. I'm assuming that the BookSeller is the equivalent in the UK.

 

I'll be flying over on June 1st to help promote my novel and to meet my editor and his team for the first time. If I see a copy of the BookSeller, I'll pick one up. How often is it published?
