I went to Marrakesh recently and discovered mint tea. I really enjoyed (they love it with loads of sugar too :welcome:) Does anyone know how to brew it up properly and what tea they use in it?

 

Has anyone else tried proper Moroccan cuisine? I thought it was amazing, especially their tagines! Has anyone got a good tagine recipe also?
