Babe*With*Brains Posted June 25, 2008 Posted June 25, 2008 I popped in to waterstones the other day and was completely gutted I hadn't been given my wages yet because there was so many books i wanted! They sometimes have small displays out focusing on one writer, and there was one on a male writer (apologies for forgetting the name!) but there were a few books he said had inspired him, and 2 i really thought looked good! Both were poetry books and after having a flick through i desperately wanted them! There were also some other random ones...i really need to start remembering titles! but one was quite morbid, and the other (which I'm sure you've all heard of) was 'I am legend'. They made the film of it not long ago. I had never seen the book until then...I'm assuming it made an appearance due to the film. I'm lethal in book shops.
