lunababymoonchild Posted August 20 Posted August 20 I’m going to submit my latest read in this category, Story of a Murder by Hallie Rubenhold. It’s the non-fictional account of the notorious Dr Crippen which has fallen into something of a myth and is definitely legal and social history. He was hanged. I thought he’d just killed his wife. He did but there was a lot more. 1 Quote
Hayley Posted August 20 Posted August 20 Would you recommend it @lunababymoonchild? I know The Five by Hallie Rubenhold was meant to be excellent, but I hadn't heard of this one until you mentioned it! Quote

I didn’t know anything about it myself until @Books do furnish a room posted a review of it and having read The Five promptly bought it and then read it. I would recommend it, it’s excellent 1 Quote
