Maureen Posted January 10, 2006 Posted January 10, 2006 I had been meaning to read this book for a while, as I had heard it was very very good. To me, that is too much praise for it. It is OK. Definately worth reading, and definately entertaining, but did not agree with too much of the author's point of view to classify it as VVG. The way he portrays Men and Women is a bit too sterotypically old fashioned in my opinion, and his suggestions too "Americanised". However some of his observations are insightful and amusing, and one theory which I did try out, worked fine. Quote
