Help finding a book

Hey I am looking for a duet book. I can’t remember the name or author and only basic plot lines. 
it’s about a couple who the girl accidentally falls pregnant after taking something herbal that made her pill ineffective. The bf kicks off and leaves her telling her to get rid of the baby, she finds out she is actually carrying twins but the bf has disappeared by this point. A couple of years later there is a big family meeting where her and the twins are invited and he finally finds out the truth. His family have known about the twins for some time. I’m pretty sure he went to vegas after leaving and got into all sorts of trouble.
