Which edition of The Wind in the Willows?

I'm looking to buy a copy of The Wind in the Willows as a gift, my wife is an English teacher and often states how she'd like a nice edition to use. The first edition is a little out of my price range so any recommendation in the region of £50 - £100 would be welcome.
