I would like to ask if there's book teach/analy or talking about: manipulative speeches art, word play, metaphor...

I just want to learn more about these kind as one of my colleague told me that he have read a book about how you can express many meaning in 1 sentence and one sentence can have 7 level of meaning in it.

Have any one read any of the kind? Can you recommend some?
