theultimateredemption
I recently read The Hidden Oracle, by Rick Riordan and really enjoyed it. I thought it was as humorous and interesting as all of his books, and found it to be absolutely fantastic. However, I've heard a lot of people didn't like it, thought it was uninteresting, or didn't approve of the lgbt+ content. What did you all think of it? Did you enjoy it? Did you not like it? Why? Is there anything you want to discuss? Thank you, hope to hear your thoughts! Edited February 21, 2017 by theultimateredemption
Athena
I haven't read any Rick Riordan book yet. One of the reasons is that I'm not jumping for joy to be starting yet another series when I'm reading so many already. But I do plan to read at least the first book eventually, and more if I like it, probably after I finish some series that I'm currently reading. I did see the two films, which I quite liked, but then I heard the books are different from the films. Glad to hear a good recommendation for this author.
