Nichlas1994
Hello, I am trying to improve my English. I have buy a Kindle e-reader, and I read English books with that. I think my English level is around intermediate, so I have read some English intermediate books, though it is very small amount of it in Amazon shop. I was wondering if anybody could recommend a intermediate book for me. I like romance books best, but I can read mostly all, but not science fiction (hate it!). chesilbeach
Anyone!!"? Lots of members only come on the forum infrequently, and perhaps only once a day or once a week, so please be patient, we'll help if we can. The Reading Agency in the UK have a programme called Quick Reads which are shorter books by well know authors, aimed at those who aren't yet very confident in their reading, so I think they might be suitable for people trying to learn and improve their English too. The programme details can be found at http://readingagency.org.uk/adults/quick-guides/quick-reads/, and if you want to see a list of all the books published in the series since it began, you can find the full list at http://www.fantasticfiction.com/series/quick-reads/
Chrissy
Hello Nichlas. I cannot recommend any books, but I did notice that Amazon.co.uk is having a Valentine's Day Sale on kindle books - lots of romance!
