fqw Posted October 3, 2016 Posted October 3, 2016 Hi everyone, I am looking for an old book I read about 13 years ago and would love to read again. Unfortunately I can't remember neither the title nor the author. I read it in german back then so I don't know if it was even published in english. But all my research in german forums was unsuccessful. (And I think the author had an english name.) It is an adventure story about a man who decides to break out of civilization and live on his own in the wild. He travels on a river to an unspoiled riparian forest. His new life is very close to nature and is described very detailed and intensely. The story might take place many decades ago. Thank your for any ideas. Quote
