Walter Scott's Poetical Works, Author's Edition

hi,

i need some help with a book i found.

It's: Walter Scott's Poetical Works, Author's Edition, 1883?

first i'd like to know if this one is really from that year.

second, in the middle you can see a folded page with hand writing that relates to one of the poem.

Third, i'd love to know if this book is authentic - it also has a dedication on one of the first pages from 1893.

now... if there's any one here I can send photos to it will be great.
