Sliders and Stargate:

Where people goto or explore different alternate realities or planets.

 

This is not my life:

Where a man wakes up to find he has a family that he doesn't know or remember and maybe are not he's.

Or wakes up to find his life is different.

 

Any sort of time travel books where someone visits different points in time similar to the movie Back to the Future or similar to 11.22.63 where someone goes back to stop the JFK assassination?

 

 

Are there any books that has these type of things happening or similar to those TV shows and movies ?

The Man from Primrose Lane by James Renner.  It's a wild read.

Try A Matter of Time by Glen Cook. I've just started it, but it seems to be going well, and it's along the vein that you mentioned.
