Kuba
Hi there, I'm wondering if someone can help me with this dilemma I've found myself unexpectedly in. I recently purchased an out of print book paperback re-issue on Amazon for just over £34, when I received it I simply opened up the book and sections of pages have fallen out as well as a couple of singular pages. I emailed the seller and they apologised and offered me a full refund (but no replacement is available since the book is out of print) or a part refund. I decided on the latter because I tried to get hold of this book for over a year and the condition of the book cover and the pages themselves are perfect. I'm not going to try and do any repair myself as I don't want to mess things up. Can anyone tell me what it is I'm after and how much I'm going to roughly be paying for the repair? http://uploadir.com/u/o2tduaj5 http://uploadir.com/u/3brjl1vj Is this possible to fix? Thank you, Kuba
Chrissy
This link should help with the how-to of the job, and it gives a list of the stuff you will need for the repair, so you will be able to work out how much the bits will cost you from that I would think. Good luck with it. Edited July 18, 2015 by Chrissy
Kuba
This <a data-ipb="nomediaparse" data-cke-saved-href="http://www.wikihow.com/Repair-a-Book"href="http://www.wikihow.com/Repair-a-Book" s-binding"="">Good luck with it. Do you think I should try and do it myself or get it done by a book binder place? I checked these places though and they are like £50 on wards! Is there anyway to separate each page just all the others I can tell are also loose.
