This makes me want to try and remember to name check the illustrators of book covers in my reviews from now on … especially children's and YA books as authors are often linked with a single illustrator and it becomes synonymous with the stories themselves.

Great article. I agree with you. Illustrations can be so beautiful and I admit that sometimes I forget to include their name in the review (most particularly if the book hides this information well).
