Help finding reference books for collecting antique books

Recommended Posts

Im starting to collect antique books and I'm looking for a guide on collecting them.

I'm mostly interested in 1700's and 1800's books.  Is there a priceguide book out there?

Im looking to invest in rare books but want to get good deals on buying them.

I attend auctions, estate sales, antique bookstores etc...and Id like to know some rare books I should be bidding on and looking for.  Theres got to be a good book out there.

Also any other reference books making any forum readers money?  I have a cast iron toy book and a button book that made me a small fortune.
